Bikers Dream Launches New Models, Announces Over $3.6 Million in Dealer Orders Received At the 1999 Dealer Expo.


RIVERSIDE, Calif.--(AutomotiveWire)--Feb. 17, 1999--Bikers Dream Inc. (Nasdaq:BIKR) announced today that it had received over $3.6 million in orders for its Ultra Cycles brand of motorcycles and signed on an additional 16 new dealers at the Powersports International 1999 Dealer Expo held in Indianapolis over the Valentine's Day Valentine's Day: see Saint Valentine's Day.

During the event, which is the largest all-dealer show in the country, the Company announced the launch of three new models. In addition, over $100 thousand in parts orders were received by our recently launched Ultra Kustom Parts division. Our philosophy in building our dealer base of Bikers Dream Superstores and Ultra Cycle dealers was also validated with the signing of another 16 qualified dealers, which will increase our dealer base to over 120 outlets. Over 25 additional dealer applications received at the show are currently being evaluated."
