Bigmar Raises $5 Million in New Financing.


JOHNSTOWN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 1997--Bigmar, Inc. (Nasdaq:BGMR/Boston Stock Exchange:BGM) announced today that it has received $5,000,000 in new financing from Banca del Gottardo, Lugano, Switzerland, comprised of a private placement of common stock and convertible notes. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
