Bigmar Inc. (Nasdaq:BGMR BGMR Bigmar Inc. (stock symbol) ) today announced that its annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended Dec. 31, 1999, has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and copies are available upon request.
