Bigmar Announces Approval.

Bigmar, Inc. (OTCBB:BGMR), a manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical oncology products and intravenous solutions announced that BIOREN SA, a subsidiary of the Company, has received approval from IKS (Swiss Health Authorities) to market two specialty injectable preparations of Nitroglycerin:

-- A 50 ml vial containing 50 mg of nitroglycerin (0.1%)

-- A 250 ml "ready to use" infusion bag containing 50 mg of nitroglycerin
(0.02%)

To the best of management's knowledge, Bioren is the first company in the world to market Nitroglycerin in the "ready to use" infusion bag form.

Nitroglycerin is a peripheral and coronary vasodilator. It is used in the management of angina pectoris, myocardial infraction, and heart failure. Nitroglycerin is also used to control blood pressure during surgery.
