Big pile of horse dung causes a messy fight; COURTS.

IRRITATING euphemisms have reared their ugly head again, this time regarding the rather indelicate in·del·i·cate  
adj.
1. Offensive to established standards of propriety; improper. See Synonyms at improper.

2. Marked by a lack of good taste; coarse.

 subject of horse dung.

Up-in-arms jarveys, or the fellas who take tourists around Killarney National Park Killarney National Park (Irish: Páirc Náisiúnta Chill Airne) is located beside the town of Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland. It was the first national park established in Ireland, created when Muckross Estate was donated to the Irish  in horse drawn carriages, have gone to court in a row over "equine sanitary devices".

They have been told to attach these things, now better known as dung catchers or horse nappies, to their carriages to stop the mess.

But the jarveys say these things are bad for the horses and are fighting a ruling barring them from the park unless they are fitted.

During a court hearing it was argued that other horses are not barred from the park even though they produce just as much, wait for it, "organic waste" as the jarvey horses.

Really, but in a largely rural country we shouldn't be so bashful bash·ful
