Big move for Little firm.Garrick-Aug has arranged the leasing of a 1,500 s/f space for Little Italy
Little Italy is a general name for an ethnic enclave populated primarily by Italians or people of Italian ancestry, usually in an urban neighborhood. "This is right in the heart of the Financial District and the significant amount of foot traffic makes this a great location for any restaurant," said Mr. Kunikoff. "What makes this an even better match is that Little Italy Pizza is a brand that is known for its quality and is recognizable throughout the area." Little Italy Pizzerias may be found in various spots throughout the city. The chain currently has another location downtown at 11 Park Place. The newest restaurant, 20 Beaver beaver, either of two large aquatic rodents, Castor fiber and Castor canadensis, known for their engineering feats. They were once widespread in N and central Eurasia except E Siberia, and in North America from the arctic tree line to the S United St., is scheduled to open in late spring of 2005. |
