(the "Company") has arranged a private placement aggregating 333,500 units of the Company's securities at a price of $0.30 per unit for aggregate proceeds of $100,050. Each unit will comprise one common share and a two-year share purchase warrant, exercisable at a price of $0.40 per share. No commission is payable in respect of this private placement. The proceeds of the placement, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, will be used for general working capital. The shares and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants will be subject to a one year hold period. The Company has received the proceeds of the private placement.
