The Advisory Committee is to assist the Board of Directors and Management in the selection of a permanent President, assisting in the analysis and design of exploration programs, and assisting in the return of the QR mine to production.

The Committee consists of Robert Watts (Chairman), Frederick J. Sveinson and Peter Bradshaw.

Robert Watts, B.Sc. (Chem), CA, is well known to the mining industry. He has worked in the industry for over 36 years. Bob has worked for Placer Development Ltd. in various roles with his last position as V-P Treasurer, San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden ; he worked as V-P Finance and Executive Vice President of Pegasus Gold Inc.; he also worked as President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. In the last ten years, Fred has been V-P and CEO of Rea Gold Corp., V-P Operations of Dynatec Mining Ltd./Tonto Mining; President and COO United Keno Hill Mines Ltd., and COO of Lytton Minerals Ltd. Fred is currently President and CEO of Gold City Industries Ltd., and President of Sveinson Mineral Services Inc. and Bremar Management Services Ltd.

Peter Bradshaw, B.Sc. (Geology), Ph.D. (Economic Geology economic geology

), has worked in the mining industry for 32 years. Peter worked for Barringer Research Ltd. for eleven years, with his last position being Vice President. Barrick has acquired 100% of the Placer Dome shares on January 20, 2006, and has integrated the company into its own.
