"Big Syke Daddy" is a whirlwind mix of hard-hitting rap, direct lyrics and soul-influenced croon rap, and with Big Syke in the pilot seat, we're all just along for the ride.

The album boasts a guaranteed hit with the single "Time Iz Money," which features Bay Area favorite E-40 and world-renowned rapper/ producer DJ Quik, who provides a double threat by producing the track as well.

Once known in the hip-hop community both as the lyrical twin of the late Tupac Shakur and as the founding member of the group Thug Life, Big Syke is now poised for continuing stardom with the release of his long-awaited lyrical masterpiece.

The talented rapper, whose style is also often compared to that of hip-hop godfather Scarface, has been recently signed to indie label D3 Entertainment. The album is set to drop Sept. 25 and will be distributed by Distribution North America (DNA).

Big Syke has been heavily featured on more than 12 Tupac tracks (including the recent release "Until the End of Time"), which collectively have sold in excess of 23 million copies and grossed $260 million in sales.

His second solo effort, "Big Syke Daddy," will consist of an eclectic variation of sounds -- everything from mind-boggling, bass- rich "outlaw" hip-hop to cultured, soul-stirring, silver-tongued croon rap. Through the use of these elements, Big Syke has created a masterpiece that has successfully tapped into every dimension of his lyrical expertise.
