Big Springs Land & Resource Co. today announced the sale of more than 42,000 acres between Wendover and Wells, NV, to a Las Vegas, NV investment group.

The key holding in the sale is approximately 6,500 acres in an around West Wendover, northeast Nevada's largest border town about one-hour west of Salt Lake City.
