) announced today that a general investors conference call will be held on Thursday, October 23rd, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, to discuss the financial condition of the company as well as the restructuring of its outstanding common and preferred share capital which will include a plan to benefit shareholders and the company for future growth and expansion.

When current management came on board in September 2004, the company had one uncompleted film in its portfolio, a large amount of debt and a substantially diluted stock.
