) ("Big Flower") today announced that it has mailed supplemental proxy materials in connection with its previously announced November 23, 1999 annual meeting of stockholders, at which stockholders will be asked to vote on a proposal to merge Big Flower with BFH BFH Bundesfinanzhof

BFH Big Freaking Hammer
 Merger Corp., an affiliate of Thomas H. Lee Company and Evercore Capital Partners LP (the "Merger"), pursuant to the Amended and Restated Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 11, 1999, between BFH Merger Corp. and Big Flower.

Big Flower also announced that it reached an agreement in principle to settle the shareholder class action litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.
