Big Dogg Records LLC Announces Acquisition of ANF Telecast Inc.

Big Dogg Records LLC, a division of NeoVision Corp., today announced the completion of the acquisition of ANF Telecast Inc. (ANFSV-National Quotation Bureau).

ANF Telecast Inc. is a California-based infomercial company specializing in the multi-billion dollar television-based direct sales industry. In recent years, ANF Telecast has focused on the Health and Fitness category of infomercials.

Harold Fletcher, president and CEO of ANF Telecast, stated, "We believe that this acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity, in that being now part of the publicly traded community will enhance the company's access to the capital markets. ANF Telecast will now have more independence and flexibility for inventory, production of shows, and product selection."

Fletcher produced his first television infomercial in 1981, and has an impressive background consisting of 35 years in retail business, including sales, marketing and product development.

ANF Telecast currently trades on the OTC under the trading symbol ANFSV but will soon be changed to symbol ANFS.
