(Nasdaq: BBUC) today announced that it will open a Big Buck Brewery & Steakhouse in Grapevine, Texas Grapevine is a city in Tarrant County, Texas, United States. As of the 2000 census the city population was 42,059, though the 2006 U.S. Census Bureau estimate puts the city's population at 48,583. , a suburb of Dallas, in partnership with Bass Pro Shops Bass Pro Shops is a privately held sporting goods and outdoor goods store headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. The original Outdoor World store, referred to as the "Grand Daddy" is located at the corner of Sunshine and Campbell in Springfield. , the nation's premier retailer of outdoor sports equipment. The new microbrewery/restaurant will be owned by Buck & Bass Limited, a joint venture of Big Buck Brewery & Steakhouse, Inc. and Bass Pro Shops, and is expected to open late in the first quarter of 1999.
