Big Bar Resources is exploring world-class copper deposits in mining-friendly Arizona: Big Bar Resources to begin second-phase exploration program at the Yuma King copper project in 2007.

Executive Summary

Big Bar Resources is a Canadian-listed junior mineral exploration company poised for tremendous growth through its strategic alliance with Phelps Dodge Phelps Dodge Corporation is a former United States company founded in 1834 by Anson Greene Phelps and William E. Dodge. On March 19, 2007, it was acquired by Freeport-McMoRan and now operates under the name Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.  Exploration and its exciting copper prospects in Arizona. The company has chosen Arizona as its operating venue because of favorable magma-metal series geology conducive to the formation of giant, world-class copper deposits of central Arizona, including the giant high-grade Kennecott-BHP Resolution copper deposit, discovered in 2002. Arizona also has a highly favorable mining climate that allows the development and production of copper deposits once they are discovered.

Led by R.H. Russell, an accomplished mining executive and geologist, and Stan Keith, whose proprietary Magma-metal Series approach to resource exploration has led to multiple mineral resource discoveries, Big Bar Resources is developing a portfolio of two high-quality copper prospects: the Phelps Dodge joint-ventured Troy Ranch Prospect and the Yuma King Prospect.

2007 Outlook

The company's Phase 1 2006 Yuma King drill program comprised 3,300 metres in 19 core holes. The program successfully tested the down-dip and strike extensions of the carbonate-hosted replacement copper target. The replacement copper mineralization Mineralization
