Peru      Airport Concessions          30 to 35 year concessions for the
                                       operation, maintenance and control
                                       of the airports in Lime, Arequipa,
                                       Cusco, Iquitos and Trujillo. Bids to
                                       start by mid of 1999.

Brazil    Privatization of Banespa     The state bank of Sao Paulo is up
                                       for sale. Bids started the IQ of 1999.
Brazil    Privatization of Banestedo   The state bank of Parana in up for
                                       sale.
ENERGY
Brazil    Privatizetion of CEAL        The distribution company is up
                                       for sale. Bids to start IIQ of 1999.
Brazil    Privatization of CEPISA      100% of ordinary shares of the
                                       company are up for sale.
                                       Bids to start IIIQ of 1999.
Brazil    Privatization of CERON       The distribution company is up
                                       for sale. Bids to start IIIQ of 1999.
Brazil    Privetization of ELETRO-     The distribution company is up

Brazil    Privatizat ion of Manaus     The generation company is up

Ecuador   Privatization of INECEL      The company will be divided into

                                       shares of each company will be sold.
Ecuador   Privatization of hydro-      Operation and maintenance of two
