AN organisation has been launched to ensure the pounds 400m-a-year contact centre industry in Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff.  remains internationally competitive.

The Welsh Welsh most commonly refers to:
  • Wales, a nation in the United Kingdom
  • The Welsh language (the ancient, Celtic, indigenous language of Wales)
  • The Welsh people (native to the country of Wales)
Welsh may also refer to:

Places
 Contact Centre Forum Ltd, a not for profit company limited by guarantee, will represent the interests of the 130 employers whooper ate contact centres throughout Wales. The industry employs more than 24,000 people,but faces increasingly tough global competition.

The private sector-funded forum will lobby for the industry in Wales with the aim of boosting best practice, innovation and the introduction of new technology.
