This is a useful book for cyclists who want to improve their cycling performance and increase riding pleasure. First several key concepts are covered such as pedaling cadence cadence, in music, the ending of a phrase or composition. In singing the voice may be raised or lowered, or the singer may execute elaborate variations within the key. , technique, and intensity. Next are sections on diet, training regimens, and testing (is the training program working?). Finally there are chapters covering the maintenance of off-season fitness and the usefulness of coaches.
