Bicoastal Communications Inc. Reaffirms Its Commitment to Its Secondary Market Deployment Strategy, Prepares for Its National VoIP Rollout.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- Bicoastal Communications Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLC) announces its commitment to aggressively market its products and services to cities and towns with population centers of between 75,000 to 1 million. As stated previously, Bicoastal believes that these markets are underserviced and provide the opportunity to capture 20% to 30% of the residential market while gaining upward of 50% of the business market. The lack of competition to the local phone companies and customer dissatisfaction with their current services make these markets very desirable acquisitions for the company.

At the same time, the company is still actively seeking acquisition targets in both the telecom and ISP industry to facilitate entry into new markets.

Our Callingpoint Communications unit is currently in the final stages of negotiations to roll out a national VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service. Though primarily a carrier service (to other telecom companies), it will be available to both residential and business customers as well at very competitive rates.
