It has come to our attention through many, many complaints to our office that someone is or has been promoting our stock bclc.pk (Bicoastal Communications, Inc.) through email spamming without our knowledge or consent. This letter addresses our position. We would like to state the following.

(1) We have had nothing to do with this promotion, Bicoastal Communications, Inc. has nothing to gain by it and we do not condone these types of activities. Currently, all of the company controlled stock is held as restricted shares and the company has not and is not planning on offering any public funding Public funding is money given from tax revenue or other governmental sources to an individual, organization, or entity.
