Bicoastal Communications, Inc. Affirms Its Position on Stock Promotions.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- Bicoastal Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BCLC):

To all shareholders and Email promotion victims:

It has come to our attention through many, many complaints to our office that someone is or has been promoting our stock bclc.pk (Bicoastal Communications, Inc.) through email spamming without our knowledge or consent. This letter addresses our position. We would like to state the following.

(1) We have had nothing to do with this promotion, Bicoastal Communications, Inc. has nothing to gain by it and we do not condone these types of activities. Currently, all of the company controlled stock is held as restricted shares and the company has not and is not planning on offering any public funding opportunities until some time next year.

(2) Our subsidiary companies are licensed public utilities in the States of Colorado and South Carolina. The company is comprised of two telephone companies, 2 internet service providers and a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider. In the past week, we have received many calls from private individuals and corporate investors wanting us to sell them non-issued shares in Bicoastal Communications, Inc. Please do not contact the company asking us to sell you shares. We will not do so at this time.

(3) In the ISP community, we fight spam every day and we try to find new ways of alleviating or stopping this type of activity. We're 100% against these means of promoting any items or services. This most certainly applies to our stock.

We are currently conducting an internal investigation as to where these spam messages have originated from. We do know this, they were not sent from any of our servers, employees, affiliates, consultants, or vendors. Whoever is responsible did this by originating the spam messages from other country open email relay servers (Exploited machines).

Please don't hesitate to call the company if you can offer any suggestions that might aid us in our internal investigation.
