Bickmore Risk Services & Consulting (BRS) Appoints Jeffrey T. Boone Chief Information Officer.

Boone as Chief Information Officer (CIO). The appointment reflects BRS' ongoing commitment to technology excellence, and significantly strengthens the firm's well-earned reputation for integrating the exceptional knowledge and experience of front-line experts into value-based, risk management business approaches.

Prior to joining BRS, Mr. Boone served as CIO of Eliant, Inc., where he directed the strategy, design, development and delivery of the company's core software systems, technology, and infrastructure. He also served as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and co-owner of Retail Technologies International and following a merger, CTO of Island Pacific, Inc., where he was responsible for all technical business planning, execution, management and the communication of those plans to customers and partners globally. Mr. Boone also served as CIO and VP of Products and Technology for Objective Systems Integrators, Inc., where he directed product development and corporate information systems, and laid the foundation for a global services and support network.

With over 20 years of experience in developing successful software solutions and profitable software businesses, Mr. Boone also brings to BRS an extensive technical and business management background. Mr. Boone is the Former Chairman of Sacramento State University, Computer Science, Industrial Advisory Committee, and also Founding Chairman of the American Electronics Association CTO/CIO Forum (now SARTA CTO/CIO Roundtable). A highly-regarded industry expert, he holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from California State University in Sacramento.
