Bickley of Computer Decisions International Appointed to Michigan Restaurant Association Board of Directors.

Craig Bickley, Chief Operating Officer of Computer Decisions International, Inc. (CDI), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Michigan Restaurant Association.

Prior to its merger with CDI, Bickley was President and CEO of Marketplace Solutions, Inc., a hospitality automation company and the only authorized MICROS point-of-sale technology dealer in southeastern Michigan. Bickley brings to the Board his executive-level expertise in technology, and specifically implementation of hospitality system solutions. Bickley has been a member of the MRA since 1985 and CDI/Marketplace is currently a Gold 2001 Industry Sponsor.

Throughout his 12-year tenure with CDI/Marketplace, Bickley has acquired an impressive list of food-service clients, including C.A. Muer Corporation, Palace Sports and Entertainment, and the University of Michigan. In addition to sporting venues, restaurants, and hospitals, Bickley's company has also installed point-of-sale technology for casinos and many country clubs in Michigan and Ohio. With Bickley at the helm, Marketplace won the contract to implement the point-of-sale system at Comerica Park, prior to the Park's opening in 2000. Bickley is especially proud of this project, as it is one of the largest MICROS installations in the world--second only to the Olympic Park in Sydney, Australia.
