Bhutan makes CDROM postage stamp!

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

Bhutan, a tiny country high in the Himalayas Mountains, also known as the Land of the Thunder Dragon, has become the first country in the world to make a post age stamp that's also a CD ROM! The country has a long history of making record breaking stamps. In 1962 they made the first 3-D stamp. They've also made the first stamp on metal, the first on silk, and the first on a vinyl record. And now, the first on CD ROM. The stamps are small mini-cds that fit into a thin plastic sleeve that's sticky on one side. You can then place the sleeve on an envelope and it counts as a postage stamp. The CD can be played in any computer with a CD drive, and tells about some of the important events in Bhutan's history, like the crowing of a new king, and the signing of their constitution.
