Beyond.com and Digital River Settle Lawsuit.


SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1999--

Beyond.com(TM) Corp. (Nasdaq:BYND) and Digital River Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV DRIV Drive (street type) ) have reached an out-of-court settlement An agreement reached between the parties in a pending lawsuit that resolves the dispute to their mutual satisfaction and occurs without judicial intervention, supervision, or approval.  of the defamation and unfair competition lawsuit commenced by Digital River on March 30, 1999, in Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis, and the related countersuit coun·ter·sue
