Beyond.com, McAfee.com Expand International E-commerce Agreement; New eStores to Have Both Physical and Digital International Distribution Capabilities.

E-commerce services provider Beyond.com(TM) (Nasdaq:BYND) today announced that it has expanded its e-commerce agreement with McAfee.com Corporation (Nasdaq:MCAF MCAF Marine Corps Air Facility

Beyond.com will build and manage three new international eStores for McAfee.com under a plan that expands their existing partnership, originally signed in May 1998 and renewed in May 1999. Beyond.com will also provide a suite of marketing services, focused on increasing traffic and revenue, for all McAfee.com online stores.

Beyond.com currently runs the McAfee.com domestic Store, www.mcafeestore.com. The extended agreement calls for Beyond.com to design, launch and operate new eStores for McAfee.com in the United Kingdom before year-end, with two additional eStores in Q1'01 in Germany and France. The new eStores will be fully localized Translated into the spoken language of the country.
