Yes, blogs and podcasts are hot, hot, hot, but nonprofits are using additional technology offerings to help communicate with their supporters and members.

Many nonprofits are now using Skype (www.skype.com), the free Internet-based telephone service, to communicate with members. Skype offers video calls, group chats and conference calls with up to nine people--all for free.
