At the heart of the event was a technology tradeshow offering interactive demonstrations for attention-getting commercial printing, digital printing, imaging and personalization, print management and distribution. Additionally, guests were treated to two breakout sessions entitled "Using Print & The Internet to Create One-to-One Relationships" and "The State of Strategic Sourcing".

The Beyond Ink on Paper showcase was held in Chicago for the second time on November 13, and attracted large organizations from Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. The showcase will be held in Dallas and Houston in December. The Dallas show will be held December 4 at the Hyatt Regency at the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, and moves to Houston, December 6 at the Renaissance Houston Hotel.
