The lawsuit was filed today in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Beyond Blue initially entered into a license agreement with Joe's Jeans on January 1, 2004, to distribute, market and sell the product in certain territories. On February 1, 2007 Beyond Blue and Innovo had signed a Dissolution Agreement, with each party reserving its further rights.
