Bevex Inc. Seeking Merger Business.

SALT LAKE CITY -- The new president of Bevex Inc. (Pink Sheets: BVEX), Zane Holmberg, announced today the company has completed a current audit and 15c2-11 after several years of company inactivity. The new management has spent several months bringing the company back into good standing and is now reviewing candidates for a reverse merger. Holmberg is targeting NASDAQ-qualified companies for such a merger. He stated he is very optimistic a mutually beneficial merger will be arranged that is part of the effort to restore value to the shares.

Bevex was incorporated in 1982 and continues to be headquartered in Salt Lake City. Its beverage distribution operations were discontinued in 1998. The company is currently in developmental stage as it seeks a merger business, not limited to former operations. Bevex is traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol BVEX.
