Beverly W. Macy joins SoftAware Networks as Vice President of Marketing.

SoftAware Networks, the leading provider of Global Server Networks, today announced that Beverly W. Macy, a corporate executive in marketing with 20 years of experience, has joined the company as vice president of marketing.

Macy will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and programs, as well as creating and implementing corporate brand-building and product marketing strategies.

Prior to joining SoftAware Networks, Macy served in a series of increasingly responsible marketing and management positions at Xerox Corporation. In her most recent position in the Worldwide Marketing Operations for Xerox's Printing Systems Division, a $2.3 billion sector, she was responsible for providing vision and direction for the development of worldwide marketing programs.

Macy began her career in 1980 at the Federal Systems Division of Wang Laboratories, leading a team of systems integrators and programmers. During her tenure at Wang, she earned the Achiever's Award for Excellence in Technical Resource Management.

Macy embraces community service as a core corporate value and in 1993 accepted the Excellence in Community Service award from the Los Angeles Mayor's office for her participation in Rebuild LA. Currently, Macy is a guest lecturer at UCLA Extension's Executive Marketing Program.
