Beverly Ulbrich Joins Brightware as Senior Vice President of Marketing.


NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1999--Brightware, Inc., the leading supplier of customer assistance software for e-business, today announced the appointment of Beverly Ulbrich as senior vice president of marketing.

In this role, Ms. Ulbrich now leads Brightware's worldwide marketing organization, which includes strategic, corporate, product and field marketing. She is also responsible for creating and implementing Brightware's partnering strategy.
