Beverly Obtains $40 Million Letter of Credit Financing.

: BEV) today announced that one of its subsidiaries - Beverly Funding Corporation - has obtained a $40 million four-year Letter of Credit facility from Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  Capital. The new Letter of Credit facility is backed by certain Medicaid and Veterans Administration receivables. Besides providing additional availability under the company's revolving credit facility, the new facility is expected to slightly reduce interest costs.
