Beverly J. (Carleton) Penttila, 63.CHARLTON Beverly J. (Carleton) Penttila 63, of 181 Sturbridge Rd., passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 in U.Mass Hospital, Worcester. She leaves behind her husband of nearly 42 years, Leland G. Penttila; one son, Matthew C. Penttila of Charlton and one daughter, Sarah E. Snay and her husband Glenn of Holland. She also leaves 3 grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. Sometimes these may claim bequests given in a will to children, though in general they can make no such claim. 6 Co. 16. , Wyatt Snay of Holland and Holly and Cassandra Penttila of Templeton and 2 sisters, Fay Blais of Grafton and Mary Brown of Danielson, CT. Beverly was born in Southbridge, daughter of Frank and Mildred (Clark) Carleton and has lived in Charlton most of her life. She worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in Auburn for many years. Beverly was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), a Colonial patriotic society in the United States, open to women having one or more ancestors who aided the cause of the Revolution. The society was organized (1890) at Washington, D.C. . The funeral will be Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in The Robert J. Miller-Charlton Funeral Home, 175 Old Worcester Rd. Burial will be in West Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 17, 2009 from 6 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: PKD Noun 1.
