The OTC Bulletin Board adopted rules that require the Company to be a fully reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by Oct. 1, 1999. According to these guidelines, any company not meeting these requirements will be deleted from the OTC Bulletin Board and traded via the "pink sheets".
