 BB:BLTD BLTD Binary Logical Topology Design ), a diversified holding company with a variety of new media-related assets, announced Monday that it has acquired The Golfer, a 200,000-circulation national golf enthusiast magazine that targets an upscale reader demographic.

The Golfer will be added to the company's Golf Division, which currently includes assets in the retail and online marketing of golf-related products. Beverly Hills Ltd. plans to quickly equip e·quip

     "The Big Smoke Driver," a patent-pending titanium alloy oversized

--   Industrial Commerce - This division includes The Grand Master Co.
     (www.masterschoice.com) and Grand Mastercrete, developers and
     manufacturers of industrial coatings and concrete products. These
     companies market their products through both traditional sales
     channels and the Internet.

--   Internet - This division includes Beverly Hills Charity Auction
     (www.bhauction.com), a unique charity auction Web site that
     features upscale branded products, entertainment memorabilia and
     sports collectibles.


More divisions of the company will be announced later in Q2 99.
