Beverly Glen Capital Corp. - Phonetime Signs Agreement with Manitoba Telecom Services -MTS-.

Phonetime International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Beverly Glen Capital Corp. (CDN:BGCC), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Manitoba Telecom Services (MTS) to provide network platform and customer service for MTS's prepaid phone card programs.

The new contract follows on the heels of Phonetime's highly successful program this past summer to provide the telephone platform and outbound international network for phone cards used at the Pan Am Games in Winnipeg. MTS was the lead sponsor for the Pan Am Games and distributed cards to visiting athletes and coaches to call their home countries.

MTS is the second large Canadian telecom company to sign an agreement with Phonetime in the past 30 days. As previously announced, Telus in British Columbia signed an agreement in October. The other major telecommunications companies that employ Phonetime's network solutions to facilitate phone card traffic are AT&T Canada, Sprint Canada and Videotron Ltee.
