Beverly "Jane" Fraier.


BOYLSTON - Beverly "Jane" Millin Fraier, 72, of Westboro, formerly of Boylston, died peacefully Thursday, Au. 6, in UMass Memorial Healthcare, University Campus surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her four daughters: Jane Fraier and her husband, John McMaster, of Boylston, Elizabeth Stratton and her husband, Guy, of Houston, Texas, Carrie Goodwin and her husband, John Wilper, of Richmond, Va., and Laura Carney and her husband, John Di Dio, of West Boylston; her former husband Albert Fraier; three sisters, Sara Lynne Shack of Cape Cod, Donna Millin of Fla., and Sheila Mercandante of S.C.; eight grandchildren, Megan (Stratton) Silva, Kathleen (Stratton) Norman, Benjamin Goodwin, Morgan Carney, Joseph Stratton, Anna Poplawski, and Jacob Stratton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Donna Fraier who died in 1959. Born and raised in Boylston. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Millin, M.D. and Carolyn (Fitzpatrick) Millin.

She graduated from Classical High School, attended Russell-Sage College , and received her associate degree from Cazenovia College.

She was a laboratory technician for many years throughout the Worcester health community. In her later years, and to her delight, she cared for her grandchildren.

She had a deep love of nature. She enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, travel and spending time with her friends and family. She was a member of St. Bernadette's Parish in Northboro.
