Betrusted Holdings Inc. ("Betrusted") today announced that Lincoln Briggs and Siobhan MacDermott have joined the executive management team as General Counsel and Head of Marketing and Communications, respectively. The appointments cap a year of tremendous growth for the leading security and trust services firm.

In his new role, Briggs has responsibility for all of the Company's legal affairs, and his focus will include integration of acquired businesses and standardization of processes and procedures worldwide.

Briggs joins Betrusted after 17 years in private practice, most recently at Gilbride, Tusa, Last & Spellane LLC where he served as US counsel to Betrusted. Prior to that, Briggs was a partner at Tannenbaum, Dubin & Robinson LLP in New York, where he represented public and private companies engaged in a range of businesses in the U.S. and abroad.

In her role at McGrath/Power, MacDermott had responsibilities over numerous client accounts with responsibilities for strategic direction and implementation of public relations programs. She brings more than 13 years of experience in both public and private technology companies in the telecommunications, software and security industries. Additionally, MacDermott has a proven record of increasing global brand awareness and market penetration.
