is convinced his side have yet to hit top form.

The inability to field the same starting XV for any of their five league games so far has seen Bethesda picking up wins, but not playing the kind of rugby of which Sanderson believes they are capable.

Bethesda travel south this afternoon to take on Aberaeron looking to earn safe passage to the second round of the Swalec SWALEC (South Wales Electricity) was an electricity supply and distribution company which was bought out in 1996 for £872m following the de-regulation of the electricity supply industry in the UK.  Bowl, but are yet again forced to make changes to their line-up with six players missing the journey.

Dylan Owen's suspension for a red card picked up against Bala has come through, while back-rows Arwyn Griffiths and Steven Ames, fly-half Gareth Wyn, full-back Llion Lloyd and centre Dafydd Thomas are all unavailable.

"We are picking up wins," said Sanderson. "We are top of the table, but we are not playing as well as we can by any means.

"We are getting the results, and people will see that and take notice, but we have not been able to put out the same team for any match so far. And it's not just one or two players, it's three, four or even five players a game and that is stopping us from getting in the kind of rhythm we can play and is stopping us from playing the patterns that we can."

Aberaeron are having an equally good season in Division Five West and sit in second place, having won four and drawn one of their five games so far.

And Sanderson admits other than that fact Bethesda know very little about today's opponents.

"We've checked out their website to look at their results," he said. "But there's not really a lot we can do other than that.

"They're having a good season in that they have only drawn one and won four so far.

"We know what to expect, it is likely to be a much more open style of rugby than we are used to up here, but we will have to go there and try to counter that."

Sanderson added: "The thinking in the south and west is that we don't play rugby up here in North Wales North Wales (known in some archaic texts as Northgalis) is the northernmost unofficial region of Wales, bordered to the south by Mid Wales and to the east by England. , and I kind of hope that they think the same.

"If that's true then we might be able to catch them cold and take advantage."
