DALLAS -- Bethel Holdings, Inc. of Dallas, TX has registered a company name change with the State of Nevada. As of June 23, 2006, Bethel Holdings, Inc. will be known exclusively as Direct Pet Health Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheet: DPHG).
