CINCINNATI -- A recent Best Upon Request client survey indicates that 92% Agree that having concierge services helps balance their work and personal lives and that 87% Agree that they are better enabled to focus on work priorities as a result of the concierge service.

So what are they doing with the time saved? 50% are putting that energy back into work and 25% are spending more quality time with families. "A concierge program is the great equalizer in terms of benefits. Regardless if you are married, have children, retired, or are a young professional just starting your career, stress is a common presence in our everyday lives. We are doing more with less. A concierge program is a pragmatic way to address those issues," says Kirsten Lecky, VP, Business Development for Best Upon Request.

So how does it affect retention? 96% of employees answering Agree or Disagree, Agree that having the concierge program increases their commitment to their employer. "Employers that offer concierge services are seeing increased retention and satisfaction among their workforce. Employees love it and it makes good bottom line business sense," Lecky adds.

Other results shared were that 94% Agree that having the concierge program reduces their stress level and that 97% rated the overall experience with Best Upon Request as Excellent or Very Good.
