The story of the company behind Gordon Ramsay's restaurants not submitting accounts has fuelled speculation about the financial health of his own kitchens.

But for the next 13 weeks Gordon, who hasn't had had his problems to seek over the last few months, is concentrating once again on the horrors hidden behind the serving hatch in a string of eateries across the USA.

He starts with Giuseppi's, a familyowned Italian restaurant in Macomb Township, Michigan Macomb Township is a civil township of Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a suburb of Detroit and part of the Metro Detroit Area. The population was 50,478 at the 2000 census, with a 2007 estimated population of 75,432, making it Michigan's fastest growing major , run by the father and son team of Joe and Sam Borgia.

You could say the key to the problem is in the surname SURNAME. A name which is added to the christian name, and which, in modern times, have become family names.

The chaos in the kitchen certainly isn't caused by an over-supply of customers who are conspicuous by their absence.

The passion has gone along with the restaurant's income.

And, to cap it all, Joe is trying to hide a serious health problem.

Can Ramsay reverse the restaurant's apparently terminal decline?

Or will he be more concerned about his own problems?
