Best deal talks have 'stalled'.


LEON BEST Leon Julian Best born 19 September 1986 is an English born footballer, with Coventry City. The arena became the venue for Coventry City's home games at the start of the 2005-06 season, following 106 years at the Highfield Road stadium. The first competitive football match played at the Ricoh Arena was against Queens Park Rangers on 20 August 2005, in
 beyond next summer when his current contract expires but the two parties are clearly some way apart at this moment in time.

Asked if he was keen to stay at City, he said: "Yes definitely. I am happy here. I am not too far from home and I am enjoying playing here at the minute, so there is no reason.

"I haven't really been thinking about my contract situation. I have just been concentrating on playing well and scoring goals.

"I try not to get too involved because that's when it starts stressing you and thinking too much into things."
