Deal Brings Greater Value and Versatility to Customers

of Industry-Leading MIP Fund Accounting Series

Best Software today announced the acquisition of JSI Fundraising Systems, Inc., a leading developer of fundraising solutions for small to mid-sized nonprofit, education and health care organizations.

The deal further strengthens Best's nonprofit market leadership and builds on the brand recognition of its Micro Information Products (MIP) family of fund accounting solutions.

Headquartered in Williamsburg, Va., JSI Fundraising Systems will operate as part of MIP, Best's Nonprofit and Government division. JSI Fundraising Systems' President Jeffery Shy will assist the MIP executive team on a variety of strategic product marketing and development initiatives.
