Best Software Promotes David Bosserman to Chief Financial Officer.


RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1996--Best Software, Inc., the leading provider of fixed asset management, human resource and payroll software solutions, announced the promotion of David Bosserman to Chief Financial Officer. This announcement was made by Best Software CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. For the past four years Bosserman has been Best's Vice President, Corporate Finance, serving as controller and managing banking, treasury and financial reporting functions. He has over eighteen years of financial experience with a concentration in the areas of negotiating, closing and transitioning major corporate acquisitions.

Prior to joining Best Software, Bosserman was Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche where he was designated as a firm-wide specialist in the high technology, manufacturing and real estate industries. David authored an article entitled, "Going Public: A Director's Perspective," published in Director's Monthly. He is a graduate of Arizona State University Arizona State University, at Tempe; coeducational; opened 1886 as a normal school, became 1925 Tempe State Teachers College, renamed 1945 Arizona State College at Tempe. Its present name was adopted in 1958. , with a B.S. in Accounting.
