The next Lake States meeting will focus on "New Technology" and will be held on February 10, 2004 at the Regency Regency, in British history, the period of the last nine years (1811–20) of the reign of George III, when the king's insanity had rendered him unfit to rule and the government was vested in the prince of Wales (later George IV) as regent.  Suites, Green Bay, Wisconsin Green Bay is the county seat of Brown County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

The city is located at the head of its namesake Green Bay, a sub-basin of Lake Michigan, at the mouth of the Fox River.
