Best Friends will host their first annual "Strut Your Mutt" dog walk, a one- to two-mile walk through Woodly Park in Van Nuys, Calif. Strut Your Mutt will take place Sunday, Nov. 13 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event is part of Best Friends Animal Society's Los Angeles Programs local division and all funds raised will go toward saving homeless animals in the Los Angeles community. Strut Your Mutt is part of the two-day Best Friends Fall Super Adoption which will offer more than 1,000 homeless dogs, cats, kittens, puppies, parrots and rabbits for adoption Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12 and 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pre-registration for Strut Your Mutt is encouraged by visiting www.strutyourmuttla.com.
