Hart has joined the Company as Vice President of Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) for Best Buy. In this newly created position, Hart will be responsible for developing and driving the Enterprise CRM strategy across all Best Buy business units.

Prior to joining Best Buy, Hart was an executive strategist with Accenture in the firm's Customer Relationship Management service line. With WPP Group WPP Group plc (LSE: WPP) (NASDAQ: WPPGY), based in London, United Kingdom, is one of the world's largest communications services groups (and one of the big six advertising holding companies, the others being Omnicom, Interpublic, Publicis, Dentsu and Havas) employing , Hart served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Strategist, working with RTC See real time clock.  Relationship Marketing, J. Walter Thompson Advertising and Hill and Knowlton Public Relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  to integrate their services in the delivery of CRM strategies and programs for numerous domestic and international clients. His expansive business experience also includes strategic planning and management roles at Avon Products, Inc. Carlson Companies, Fingerhut Corporation and Targetbase Marketing Group.

Hart has been an active supporter of the Arthritis Foundation and a member of Direct Marketing Association. A native of East Moline, Ill., Hart graduated from Monmouth College and received a Masters in Business Administration from Tulane University.
