Bessemer Venture Partners Appoints Gautam Prakash to General Partner; Enhances Firm's Focus On Business-to- Business and e-Health Investments.

Bessemer Venture Partners Bessemer Venture Partners is a private venture capital firm with offices in Silicon Valley, New York, Massachusetts, China, and India. It has backed such companies as Ciena, Flarion, Parametric Technologies, Skype, Staples, VeriSign and Veritas. , the nation's oldest venture capital firm, today announced that Gautam Prakash has been named General Partner of the firm. Mr. Prakash is based in the firm's Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts investment office.

Targeted at undergraduate and graduate business students, the book is aimed at helping students better understand management consulting and secure a position in the field.
