Besen invites investors to get off the sidelines.


Besen & Associates is marketing a Brooklyn multi-family portfolio ripe for the picking by "sideline" investors.

"In light of present market conditions, Besen has private, individual investors in mind as the primary target to purchase these assets," said Matthew Slonim, COO at Besen. "There are many of those who have been sitting on the sidelines

with cash, The Brooklyn Prospect portfolio consisting of 720 St. Marks Avenue (60 apartments), 990 President Avenue (54 apartments), 40 East 17th Street (42 apartments) along with another exclusive at 1280 Dean Street (32 apartments).

The Brooklyn Prospect portfolio is approximately 175,504 s/f, while 1280 Dean Street is 35,100 s/f. The proper ties are being marketed at $5,600,000, $5,400,000, $4,000,000 and $4,500,000 respectively or $15,000,000 for the three in the Brooklyn Prospect portfolio.-The properties can be bought individually or as a package. Added Slonim, "Pricing fully reflects the current market, offering potential buyers both current cash flow and rental upside."
